Who are the hosts?


🎨 Ingela Johansson – A storyteller in art. For Ingela, the universality of emotions is what inspires her art. By combining creation with meditation, her brush flows freely, often evoking deep emotional resonance. Ingela teaches art meditation and how to work with Flow

🎙️ Wolfgang von Geramb – A purpose-driven founder, business strategist, and coach. Since 2017, Wolfgang has supported entrepreneurs in breaking free from restrictive structures to pure paths toward a more fulfilling life.

What You’ll Need:
Pens for writing
Acrylic colors, a pad of watercolor paper, and a brush
Colors needed: Yellow, Red, Blue, White, and Black
If you don’t have acrylics, you can join with ink, gouache, crayons, pens, pastels, or whatever colors are in your drawer
